SCHEDULING AND CANCELLING APPOINTMENTS
I have already been evaluated by a dermatologist at the clinic, can I make another appointment?
If your file is still open and your last appointment was less than 5 years ago, you can book an appointment here or call the clinic. However, if the dermatologist determined that your condition did not require follow-up and closed your file, you must obtain a new referral from a doctor or a nurse practitioner (NP) to be seen at the clinic again.

You can call the clinic or fill out the following form at any time.
Are there any fees if I miss an appointment?
Yes, a fee of $50 will be charged if you miss an appointment without canceling 24 hours in advance.
My companion has a skin problem that worries them, will they be able to talk to the dermatologist about it during my appointment?
No, unfortunately, only the person with an appointment will be evaluated. It is not possible to show lesions, photos, or ask questions that do not concern the patient. If the accompanying person wishes to be evaluated in dermatology, they must obtain a consultation from a doctor or an NP and go through the CRDS.
